سَتْرُ مَا بَيْنَ أَعْيُنِ الْجِنِّ وَعَوْرَاتِ بَنِى آدَمَ إِذَا دَخَلَ أَحَدُهُمُ الْخَلاَءَ أَنْ يَقُولَ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

كَانَ النَّبِىُّ – صلى الله عليه وسلم – يُعْجِبُهُ التَّيَمُّنُ فِى تَنَعُّلِهِ وَتَرَجُّلِهِ وَطُهُورِهِ وَفِى شَأْنِهِ كُلِّهِ

“The Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wa sallam preferred to put the right one first when wearing sandals, combing his hair, when washing and in every case (which is fine).”

Ash Syaukani rahimahullah said, “As for putting the left foot when entering the toilet and right foot when exiting, then it has a reason from the side that the Prophet sallallaahu aih alaihi wa sallam preferred to put the right for good things first.
As for things that are bad (dirty), he prefers to put the left one first. This is based on a global proposition. “

5. Do not face the Qibla or turn to it

From Abu Ayyub Al Anshori, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

«ا أَتَيْتُمُ الْغَائِطَ فَلاَ تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الْقِبْلَةَ وَلاَ تَسْتَدْبِرُوهَا ، وَلَكِنْ شَرِّقُوا أَوْ غَرِّبُوا». قَالَ أَبُو أَيُّوبَ فَقَدِمْنَا الشَّأْمَ فَوَجَدْنَا مَرَاحِيضَ بُنِيَتْ قِبَلَ الْقِبْلَةِ ، فَنَنْحَرِفُ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى

From Ibn ‘Umar radhiyallahu‘ anhuma, he said,

أَنَّ رَجُلاً مَرَّ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ -صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَبُولُ فَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَرُدَّ عَلَيْهِ.

“There was someone who passed by the Prophet sallallaahu‘ alaihi wa sallam and he was urinating. At that time, the person said greetings, but he did not reply. “

Syaikh Ali Basam said, “It is forbidden to talk to other people when defecating because this kind of action is a contempt, showing a lack of shame and degrading murua’ah (self-esteem).” Then he postulated with the hadith above.

Syaikh Abu Malik said, “We already know that answering greetings is mandatory. When exhorting the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam left him, then this shows that he was forbidden to speak at that time, moreover if the conversation contained dzikir in Allah Ta’ala.

However, if someone speaks because there is a need that must be done at that time, such as pointing the way to the person (when asked at that time, the pen) or wanting to ask for water and the like, then it is allowed at that time for emergency reasons. Wallahu a’lam. “

7. Not defecating on the road or shelter of humans

from Abu Hurairah, the Prophet sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said,

«اتَّقُوا اللَّعَّانَيْنِ». قَالُوا وَمَا اللَّعَّانَانِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «الَّذِى يَتَخَلَّى فِى طَرِيقِ النَّاسِ أَوْ فِى ظِلِّهِمْ».

Atau pintar-pintarlah menghemat pengeluaran sehingga dapat membangun rumah perlahan-lahan dari mulai membeli tanah sampai mendirikan bangunan yang layak huni. Ingatlah sabda Rasul,

إِنَّكَ لَنْ تَدَعَ شَيْئًا لِلَّهِ إِلاَّ بَدَّلَكَ اللَّهُ بِهِ مَا هُوَ خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْهُ

“Sesunggunya jika engkau meninggalkan sesuatu karena Allah, maka Allah akan mengganti bagimu dengan yang lebih baik bagimu.” (HR. Ahmad 5: 363. Syaikh Syu’aib Al Arnauth mengatakan bahwa sanad hadits ini shahih).

“Allahumma laa sahla illa maa ja’altahu sahlaa, wa anta taj’alul hazna idza syi’ta sahlaa”
[artinya: Ya Allah, tidak ada kemudahan kecuali yang Engkau buat mudah. Dan engkau menjadikan kesedihan (kesulitan), jika Engkau kehendaki pasti akan menjadi mudah].

Hadits ini dikeluarkan oleh Ibnu Hibban dalam Shahihnya (3/255). Dikeluarkan pula oleh Ibnu Abi ‘Umar, Ibnus Suni dalam ‘Amal Yaum wal Lailah. (Lihat Jaami’ul Ahadits, 6/257, Asy Syamilah)
Sanad hadits ini shahih sebagaimana dikatakan oleh Syaikh Syu’aib Al Arnauth dalam tahqiqnya terhadap Shahih Ibnu Hibban.

Faedah singkat dari do’a di atas:
1. Yang namanya kemudahan hanya datang dari Allah. Sesuatu yang sulit sekalipun bisa menjadi mudah jika Allah kehendaki.
2. Hendaklah hati selalu bergantung pada Allah, bukan bergantung pada diri sendiri yang lemah. Jika hati terlalu yakin atau terlalu PD (percaya diri) sehingga melupakan Rabb di atas sana, maka sungguh urusan tersebut akan semakin sulit. Ingatlah bahwa barangsiapa yang senantiasa bertawakkal pada Allah, maka Allah akan mempermudah urusannya.
3. Manusia punya kehendak. Namun kehendak tersebut bisa terealisasi dengan baik dan sempurna, jika Allah menghendakinya. Oleh karena itu, hati seharusnya bersandar pada Sang Kholiq, Allah Ta’ala.
4. Perlunya beriman kepada takdir ilahi dengan baik sehingga tidak membuat seseorang semakin sedih atas musibah atau kesulitan yang menimpanya.
5. Takdir di satu sisi terasa menyakitkan. Namun jika kita memandang dari sisi lain, pasti ada yang terbaik dan hikmah yang besar di balik itu semua. Yakinlah!
Semoga kita bisa mengamalkan do’a ini di kala kita sulit dan di saat mengharap kemudahan dari Allah.

Tahlilan Kematian

Ketika kita diundang seseorang menghadiri tahlilan kematian, sementara itu amalan bid’ah, apa yang harus dilakukan?
.
Seseorang jamaah bertanya kepada Ustadz Maududi Abdullah, ” ya ustadz apa yang harus saya lakukan ketika ada undangan tahlil kematian tetangga atau kerabat, sementara saya tau itu amalan bid’ah?
.
beliau menjawab, ” jangan datang ketika acara tahlil kematian berlangsung, namun ganti diwaktu lain, datang sebelum atau sesudah acara diselenggarakan, dan bawa makanan untuk menyantuni keluarga yang ditinggalkan, karena sunnahnya demikian. Kalau perlu bawa banyak makanan yang cukup, bayari semua kebutuhan makanan keluarga itu. Jangan anda bersikap anti amalan bid’ah namun hanya datang untuk makan, membaca yasin dan dzikirnya gak mau namun makanannya mau, ini namanya offside. Amalkan sesuai sunnahnya, itu lebih baik”.

Tatkala datang kabar tentang meninggalnya Ja’far radhiallahu ‘anhu maka Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam berkata :
.
اِصْنَعُوا لِآلِ جَعْفَرَ طَعَامًا فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ أَتَاهُمْ مَا يُشْغِلُهُمْ
.
“Buatlah makanan untuk keluarga Ja’far, karena sesungguhnya telah datang kepada mereka perkara yang menyibukan mereka” [HR. Abu Dawud no. 3132]
.
Al-Imam Asy-Syafi’I rahimahullah berkata :
.
وَأُحِبُّ لِجِيرَانِ الْمَيِّتِ أو ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ أَنْ يَعْمَلُوا لِأَهْلِ الْمَيِّتِ في يَوْمِ يَمُوتُ وَلَيْلَتِهِ طَعَامًا يُشْبِعُهُمْ فإن ذلك سُنَّةٌ وَذِكْرٌ كَرِيمٌ وهو من فِعْلِ أَهْلِ الْخَيْرِ قَبْلَنَا وَبَعْدَنَا لِأَنَّهُ لَمَّا جاء نَعْيُ جَعْفَرٍ قال رسول اللَّهِ صلى اللَّهُ عليه وسلم اجْعَلُوا لِآلِ جَعْفَرٍ طَعَامًا فإنه قد جَاءَهُمْ أَمْرٌ يَشْغَلُهُمْ
.
“Dan aku menyukai jika para tetangga mayat atau para kerabatnya untuk membuat makanan bagi keluarga mayat yang mengenyangkan mereka pada siang dan malam hari kematian sang mayat. Karena hal ini adalah sunnah dan bentuk kebaikan, dan ini merupakan perbuatan orang-orang baik sebelum kami dan sesudah kami, karena tatkala datang kabar tentang kematian Ja’far maka Rasulullah shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda, “Buatkanlah makanan untuk keluarga Ja’afar, karena telah datang kepada mereka perkara yang menyibukkan mereka” [Kitab Al-Umm 1/27]

Tatacara Meruqyah

Tata cara meruqyah adalah sebagai berikut:
.
1. Keyakinan bahwa kesembuhan datang hanya dari Allah.
.
2. Ruqyah harus dengan Al Qur’an, hadits atau dengan nama dan sifat Allah, dengan bahasa Arab atau bahasa yang dapat dipahami.
.
3. Mengikhlaskan niat dan menghadapkan diri kepada Allah saat membaca dan berdoa.
.
4. Membaca Surat Al Fatihah dan meniup anggota tubuh yang sakit. Demikian juga membaca surat Al Falaq, An Naas, Al Ikhlash, Al Kafirun. Dan seluruh Al Qur’an, pada dasarnya dapat digunakan untuk meruqyah. Akan tetapi ayat-ayat yang disebutkan dalil-dalilnya, tentu akan lebih berpengaruh.

5. Menghayati makna yang terkandung dalam bacaan Al Qur’an dan doa yang sedang dibaca.
.
6. Orang yang meruqyah hendaknya memperdengarkan bacaan ruqyahnya, baik yang berupa ayat Al Qur’an maupun doa-doa dari Nabi Shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam. Supaya penderita belajar dan merasa nyaman bahwa ruqyah yang dibacakan sesuai dengan syariat.

Tak Perlu Ucapkan Selamat Natal

Bukti Toleransi Islam Terhadap Agama Lainnya

– Semoga tulisan ini bisa memberikan pemahaman bahwa “tidak mengucapkan selamat natal, tidak merusak toleransi sama sekali”, jadi tidak perlu bahkan dilarang oleh agama
.
– Untuk menyampaikan ini perlu cara yang santun dan bahasa yang lembut bagi yg belum mengetahui,
mengucapkan selamat berarti ridha, meskipun hanya formalitas, sedangkan kita diwajibkan tidak ridha

Tidak mengucapkan selamat natal tidak berarti merusak toleransi, muamalah yang baik dan sopan serta dengan mereka dan membantu mereka dalam muamalah
.
– Islam adalah agama yang adil, ini bukti ajaran toleransi dalam agama Islam
.
1. Ajaran berbuat baik terhadap tetangga meskipun non-muslim
.
2. Bermuamalah yang baik dan tidak boleh dzalim terhadap keluarga dan kerabat meskipun non-muslim
.
3. Islam melarang keras membunuh non-muslim kecuali jika mereka memerangi kaum muslimin.
.
4. Adil dalam hukum dan peradilan terhadap non-muslim
.
Contohnya ketika Umar bin Khattab membebaskan dan menaklukkan Yerussalem Palestina. Beliau menjamin warganya agar tetap bebas memeluk agama dan membawa salib mereka. Umar tidak memaksakan mereka memluk Islam dan menghalangi mereka untuk beribadah, asalkan mereka tetap membayar pajak kepada pemerintah Muslim. Berbeda ketika bangsa dan agama lain mengusai, maka mereka melakukan pembantaian.

Umar bin Khattab juga memberikan kebebasan dan memberikan hak-hak hukum dan perlindungan kepada penduduk Yerussalem walaupun mereka non-muslim.

“Allah tiada melarang kamu untuk berbuat baik dan berlaku ADIL terhadap orang-orang yang tiada memerangimu karena agama dan tidak (pula) mengusir kamu dari negerimu.(Al-Mumtahah: 8)
